Run by our physio team, Slow Runners Club leaves from Mindarie at 6pm on Tuesdays and Kings Park at 7am on Fridays.

We know that getting started can be the hardest part, and we are here to help you. We teach you how to get started, and how to keep going.
Our runs consist of a small warm-up jog (or walk-jog), followed by skills and drills of running, then a bit more distance at a self-selected pace.
No one is left behind, and we actively encourage you to run within your limits.
We discuss sustainable training methods, and injury prevention in running.
We believe that running isn't just for fast people.
Running can be rewarding and fulfilling at slow paces too.
Running is a skill that can be taught and improved.
We are huge believers that exercise is for everyone, but we understand that it can be intimidating to start something new.
